RedEye has a set number of its 100 systems specifically dedicated for Overnight Build. With RedEyes easy-to-use online ordering process, you can place your order seamlessly without account management on demand. However, if your expedited part doesnt fall within the requirements listed below, please contact a RedEye account manager to discuss your project. Well do whatever we can to meet the demands of your project. If we cant do it. Most likely no one else can.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Upload your 3D CAD file and get an instant quote on your project.
Step 2: Any or all parts that can be built and shipped the next day will be highlighted in the quote.
Step 3: Click on check box to select Overnight Build.
Step 4: Place the order! (Order early to lock in available capacity.)

General Requirements:

• Minimum Order Price = $150

• Additional overnight shipping charges apply for all orders, except collect with qualifying customer supplied accounts.

• Order Cutoff Time = 3 p.m. CST

• Credit Card Payment Only

ABS - White
ABS is a strong, durable production-grade thermoplastic used across many industries. ABS is an ideal material for conceptual prototyping through design verification to direct digital manufacturing.

• Max Part Size = 8 x 8 x 8 inches (203.2 x 203.3 x 203.2 mm) or

• 8in³ (131.096 cm³, 131,096 mm³)

VeroBlue PolyJet Resin
VeroBlue works well for prototypes that require smooth surface finish and high feature detail. Built at a layer thickness of 16 microns (0.0006 inches).

• Max Part Size = 8 x 8 x 8 inches (203.2 x 203.2 x 203.2 mm) or

• 10in³ (163.87 cm³, 163,870 mm³)

Shipping & Other Details:

• Parts ordered Monday Thursday will ship next business day.

• Parts ordered Friday will ship the following Monday.

• Parts ordered on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Tuesday.

• Orders may be rejected based on complexity of geometry and wall thickness.

• Overnight Build and Standard Delivery Service must be placed as separate orders.

• Achievable accuracies are 0.013 inch
