Capacity
With more than 80 machines, RedEye RPM utilizes the latest rapid
prototyping and rapid manufacturing technologies. Build durable
functional prototypes with our Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)
technology. And spec ultra-smooth, fine feature detail parts
using our PolyJet technology, which uses a resin-like material
similar to stereolithography (SLA) parts.
Materials
You can build from 3D CAD files using a range of
high-performance engineering materials
for precise, durable, functional parts, as well as ultra-smooth
surface finish and fine-feature detail parts.
Our FDM technology builds your parts in thermoplastic materials such as ABS and
Polycarbonate. We also have a series of
resin-based materials, built from our PolyJet Technology, used
to build smooth detailed models as well as options for models
that require flexibility.
Secure Instant Quoting
Get instant quotes from the security of your desktop from our
powerful quoting engine. Our STL File
Analyzer plug-in will analyze your files locally and
only send the file statistics for quoting. When you decide to
order, the analyzer then compresses your STL file into a
proprietary format and uploads it to our server. RedEye accepts
STL file format for quoting. See our

Premium Services
RedEye RPM currently offers two premium services.
Overnight Build™
is an expedited delivery service. Parts ordered with this
service ship the next available business day. This service is
offered for ABS-White and VeroBlue PolyJet resin.
Ready Part™
is a unique technology used to create smooth, surface-ready ABS
plastic parts. Parts are smooth enough for other post operations
such as painting and plating. With this process you can build
water-tight ABS parts.
