Firefox Users

The STL File Analyzer browser plug-in is not supported by Mozilla Firefox. The plug-in does provide the ability to get instant quotes without uploading your files, however, you can still obtain instant quotes without the plug-in.

Options:

Option 1 - Use Internet Explorer browser instead. The plug-in is supported on this browser. See STL File Analyzer for more information on getting the plug-in installed.

Option 2 - Utilizing the Firefox browser, do not download the plug-in. By default when you first get to the "GetRPMQuote" page, you should see the screen below. This is the proper screen for Firefox users.

Simply click on one of the "Browse" buttons to add your STL files for quoting. Then click on the "Get Quote" button. Your files will be uploaded to our server via secure 128 bit encryption where they will be analyzed and an instant quote provided.

If you do click on the link to download the plug-in, #1 in the image above (Click here), the plug-in will be enabled and you will see the screen below.

You will notice, when you click on the "Add Files" button, nothing happens. The only way to add files and receive a quote is to disable the plug-in.

To do this either, delete "?retryplugin=1" from the URL address, #2 in the image above. Or simply click on the "Instant Quote" menu item, #3 in the above image. You should be able to now get instant quotes following the instructions in "Option 2" above.
